Why do you say so ? Did you experienced the same or you suggest it looking at the info I shared ?Looks like you have i2C enabled. That will prevent use of GPIO3 (physical pin 5) for other purposes.
Anyway, do you know how to disable i2c on gpio3 ?
Because I misread your output. The I2C showing is the one used for the HAT EEPROM probe and for PoE HAT fan control.
My mistake. Sorry.
BTW, you don't need to specify gpio_pin=3 when loading that overlay. GPIO3 is the default.
