Thank B.Goode for letting me know about Pi 5 Click Shield. I didn't find any real differences between it and Pi 4 Click Shield in their schematics. Also at least one Click board (MCP25625) is working in the combination of Pi 4 Click Shield and RPi[5] so it must be something with "Two-Wire ETH Click". What could be the difference in the implementation of RPi[4] and RPi[5] that could prevent RPi[5] booting?
I have contacted Mikroe's support. They were sorry it hadn't been tested with RPi[5]. That's understandable because they have over 1750 Click boards and several development boards.
