Troubleshooting • Low voltage warning at 1.5V

I got many low voltage warning on a Raspi 3B, and checked with: vcgencmd measure_volts, so it show 1.5V. This make no sense the RASPI SEEM TO WORK FINE ....I change the power supply to another 5V 2.5A, and get the same value...
Any idea ??
