That kernel version (5.10.103+) is extremely old. Is that the kernel you are still running, or are those modules left over from an upgraded system?
The inode appears corrupt. The ownership, permissions, and size are all implausible. I would be concerned that the SD card may be flipping bits. Does the exact length of the file relate to the length it should have been, or include any obvious data?
It is not technically an error for a file to be larger than the storage allocated to it. This makes the file "sparse", and it will contain "holes", which read as all zeros. Enable sparse file support in your copying program if you want to back it up without wasting space.
