The errors vary with the streaming platform, but Kanopy has the most useful which says it does not have the encryption keys to decode the media.
I started with raspberry os, latest version, on new Pi 5, so everything current and up to date. I tried both Firefox (preferred) and Chromium with similar results.
I tried to install widevine per a general internet post on this problem and the install messages said latest version was already installed. No help there. I found a check box on firefox when using raspberry os that enabled DRM content, but that did not work either. No check box on chromium or firefox on ubuntu that I could find.
I will look into kodi, but would prefer a standard operating system.
Does anyone have a Pi 5 that decodes DRM streams? If so, how so?
Thanks,
Beebop
