will enable I2C-1 -> you have enable one I2C HW-interface. I2c-12/13 are the DDC interfaces of HDMI1/2

dtoverlay=spi0-0cs.dtbo,i2c1-pi5.dtbo,i2c0-pi5.dtbo,uart1-pi5.dtbo
dtparam=uart0=on

learn how to add overlays correctly! This will be ignored!
