The suggestions is just to obtain information. It won't kill your existing ssd setup.I really wish to avoid reinstalling the OS and setting everything up all over again to be honest cause it took me so long to get to the point that everything was running smoothly and exactly like I actually wanted it to.., Also, the OS is installed directly on NVME SSD (using PCI-E HAT) and the SD-Card is setup to act like a config backup for some OS files and some Docker and container related stuff.. So yeah, I really would want to avoid going down this path if there would be any other way to go about it all tbh.
If the test of the new sdcard fails, then you have no reason to change your ssd setup - you need to focus on the network hardware.
If it succeeds at least you know where to focus, and whether a fresh install, or fixing the configuration is easier.
