Tried already these steps too from an other thread, but with no success:
1. Disconnect absolutely everything from the Pi 4, including any fan, remove the SD card and remove the Pi from any case.
2. Place the Pi on a non-conductive surface, for example a piece of cardboard.
3. Connect the Pi to the monitor or TV using an HDMI cable.
4. Power up the Pi - use an official Raspberry Pi power supply if you have one.
5. Wait a good 20 seconds. You should see the Raspberry Pi 4 diagnostics display on the attached monitor/TV.
After about 4 mins plugged in with only HDMI<>Micro HDMI adapter and official power supply, the CPU is cold.
