Thanks for the ideas, but Yes i have checked the cable. Have tried all possible ways to connect it. I have power but that's it.
Waveshare support is pointless. They keep asking me to send them video after video. How is the setup connected, than connect it again and record the video ..... ? It's like i am asking for my money back and they try everything to not resolve the issue. Anyway they are clueless what to do. I asked if there is a tool that they can provide so i can test the HAT and see if it is working, The HAT+ does have it\s own eeprom, but again, they just told me that they will ask and come back to me. And when they came at last they started asking for more videos ....
I have been overclocking PCs from 1997 to yesterday and i know myself with PCs and components. First time something dies this way. I am 99% sure it's related to the PCIe port / chip / something on the pi itself. Software wise i have tried all i can find in the net and forums .... nothing helps.
