You followed https://github.com/bluenviron/mediamtx# ... pi-cameras, including the line

Make sure that the following packages are installed:
libcamera0 (≥ 0.0.5)

It's complaining it can't find libcamera.

Does rpicam-hello (formerly libcamera-hello) work? Follow the troubleshooting guide at viewtopic.php?t=362707
