Troubleshooting • Non-Functional RPi 4B

I have a RPi 4B that has been running as a headless MairaDB Server for well over 2 years without issues. Two days ago I noticed that it was not working and I assumed I'd filled the SD card and it had simply hung up. I pulled the SD card a mounted it on a different RPi 4B to check it, and there was plenty of room. So I put the SD card into a 4B I had sitting around and it fired up just fine and the DB came back online.

So I pulled the suspect 4B out of the rack I had it in and swapped in the working 4B.

I'm not trying to figure out what the issue is with the suspect 4B. First, I tried booting with an fresh SD card and OS. Red LED comes on, Green LED comes on and flashes a few times and then goes solid green. So I figured I'd just refresh the bootloader using the Raspberry Pi Imager and a fresh, updated boot loader. That process seemed to work just fine (Red LED On, Green LED flashing constantly). I then tried booting again with the fresh SD card and OS, with the same no-boot result.

I have the 4B connected to an HDMI display and I do not see anything on the screen at all.

The Red LED lights up, and the Green LED lights up. I get a fast green flash, then a longer green flash, then nothing for a few seconds, then a fast green flash, then a longer green flash, then nothing for a bit and then the green LED stays on indefinitely.

That pattern doesn't show up in the trouble shooting documentation so I have no idea what it's indicating. Before I bin the 4B I'm hoping someone can provide feedback that will help!
