Are there any actual problems - other than the lightning bolt? I.e., is it just the warning that is concerning you?
I ask because I've basically grown to live with it. I have "official power supplies" (Yes, really, the official ones, bought from DigiKey). They are good power supplies. But I still get the lightning bolt from time to time (usually on the initial bootup and rarely thereafter).
I know it is heresy to say this, but I think it really doesn't matter.
(And, yes, I am talking about running older versions of the OS (Raspbian/whatever) on older hardware (Pi2s and Pi3s)).
