Sorry, you're between a rock and a hard place.
We are in the process of upstreaming our camera drivers, but they aren't there yet. The TBS drivers also aren't upstream.
So you have 2 independent driver branches that both build the media subsystem. You need one for the Pi cameras, and the other for some TBS tuners.
Exactly which model of TBS tuner are you using? I did try porting some of the drivers to our kernel tree a while back, and cleaning them up somewhat, as I'd picked up a couple of TBS cards.
https://github.com/6by9/linux/tree/rpi-5.15.y-tbs looks to be the most recent branch I did that with, but that won't support Pi5. If that happens to solve your problem, I can rebase the branch and let CI build it for you. Sorry, but we won't merge those drivers into our tree as they are just too big a maintenance headache to take on.
