On the 2 others pi , it is an old install with an older .ISO .
but , in my first pi 3B , it is a default install of raspbian bullseye ( with the new .ISO : raspbian bullseye desktop ) , exactly this one :I don't think it's actually installed on bullseye
i don't added manually the Network-manager , and i got the 2 choices in Network section ' s raspi-config .Raspberry Pi OS (Legacy) with desktop
