Troubleshooting • Mount from Network

I mounted a directory from my Network onto my Pi and the mnt Folder is now in the root system (not in the root folder but in the larger / Folder). The problem is that as a normal user I don't have permission to write into this Folder which is the very function I need for my project. Now I don't want to change any permission settings for safety reasons. I would rather like to be able to mount the Folder again but into my Home user directory where I have the necessary permissions... Does someone know a cmd sequence to do this? I can't seem to get it right!

Note: I have tried moving the mnt Folder into Home but once again I don't have the needed permission, which makes sense. I have tried to 'cat' it but 'cat' only works for files and not a whole directory. Any other suggestions?
