I always set swap to two times RAM using a swapfile, I prefer programs to run like a one legged tortoise than crash out.
I don't see the point of 100MB of swap, would you upgrade your 4GB RAM to 4.1GB and expect that to resolve memory problems?
As flash devices use drive-wide mapping there is little advantage in using a swap partition yet there are some disadvantages.
