Troubleshooting • ISSUE: Not being able to output HDMI to display

Hello everyone!
I'm working on a project consisting of: RPi Zero 2 W and a 5" display (some sensors and a motor). Since now I was using my laptop's USBs to power up both the Pi and the display and everything worked fine, but I need to trasfer to a power supply. I have the following setup:
220V -> 24V (S-250-24) -> 5V (HCW-P715) the 24V are needed for the motor.

So currently I have connected the Pi to the 5V power supply and the display to my laptop's USB port.
When trying to power up the Pi from the power supply it starts, I connect to it via SSH but the HDMI isn't outputting at all. I checked the Amps of the HCW power supply and it's 5A which is quite enough for the Pi.
When measuring the voltage on the back of the board I got very strange values:
from the power supply: 5.07V constantly
from my laptop: up to 4.93V

I've read that the Pi spec saying that it requires 5.1V... I'm really confused why it is working on 4.9V and not on 5.07.
