snd_bcm2835 mentioned in the command line is the legacy firmware audio driver, and is irrelevant when using dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d.
If you're messing with "video=" entries, then that implies your display isn't giving an EDID, and a "video=" entry does not enable audio as it has no information on the audio capabilities.
Post the EDID of the display. Simplest to use "raspinfo | pastebinit" and provide the URL that it gives.
