Hi,
I installed and set up an RPI 5, but after updating the EEPROM, it won't start (and potentially cuts the power instead of shutting down properly).
When I try to boot, the green light is on for about 5 seconds, and then it switches to red.
When connected to an HDMI screen, I can see that it stops at read kernel_2712.img (or fs_open armstub8-2712 depending on the version), and then the screen goes black..
I have flashed the EEPROM with rpi-boot-eeprom-recovery-2025-03-10-2712, from https://github.com/raspberrypi/rpi-eepr ... 03.10-2712 AND replaced my SD card (just in case).
Seen that some others had the same problem but haven't found a solution yet. Has anyone found a solution to this?
Kind Regards
Johan
