I think you have set the bootloader to ignore SDCards. It is attempting to boot from USB (and possibly the "not found" PCIe).
Follow the instructions here to load a recovery image (you may have to load it from a network boot -- ensure you have a wired Ethernet connection with net access and hold down the Shift key when booting).
