I got one of the pis from adafruit and two from different sellers on Amazon. I am sure all these pis are working because I used them about 3 months ago. I plugged the pis into a monitor without an sd card and there is no output. I've also flashes a fresh raspberry pi os image multiple times and tried that too but to no avail.
To diagnose the issue, I measured the voltage across the 5v and gnd and 3.3v and gnd pins. So, the 5v pin has a steady 5v supply but the 3.3v and gnd pin seem to be bridged on the pi 5 and are intermittently bridged on both the pi 4s. Tried this test with two different power supplies. Does this mean something is wrong with the 3.3v power rail?
