So you have a screens PSU, with an additional USB separate cable, then with an extra too USB-C adaptor.
There is a good chance the voltage might be too low.
Check also the screen power cable is connected the right way around, looks like two version.
But first, find a TV with HDMI, hook up to that. Boot with nothing but the powersupply into the Pi, press the Pi's power button.
See what happens.
That power supply will not power the Pi and the screen together.
You will need an official PSU.
