I found out that the "dtoverlay=pwm,..." or "dtoverlay=pwm-2chan,..." does absolutely nothing (even I was using it with libreelec it seems it doesn't work anymore).
I put only a "dtoverlay=audremap,pins_18_19" and I got audio, i.e.
(yes, I commented out the dtoverlay=pwm..., it does nothing, did I say it before?).
