You claim to habe several official NVMe drives, an offucial HAT and pimoroni NVMe base.
Saying that none of them is working - in any combination - would lead to a defective Pi as that is the only thing in common.
Would start with the pimoroni base connected to the Pi, making sure it's working (by using a known good NVMe). Then connect the official SSDs an check if they are detected on the PCIe bus.
Next is testing with the M.2 HAT+, doing the same.
Now you will know what is working/non working.
If the official NVMe gets hot then I would consider them as defective!
