Actually for a 4B you probably want worse cables
Dumb ones with just +ve and -ve wires even.
The problems start when you introduce smart/emarked cables and USB PD.
With PD (which is what smart/emarked cables use) source (PD PSU), sink (Pi), and cable all have to agree before more than a very limited current will flow (basically enough to power the negotiation stage of PD but not to do anything else).
The 4B doesn't do USB PD, it just has resistors and rpdom has already mentioned the initial problem with those.
