Appreciate the reply @thagrol but as my first message states. quote;
'Power is coming from a DrayTek P2100 and it is using 6.1w from an available 30w on that particular port (140w Budget in total)' so I am certain it isn't a power issue.
This is something I've done dozens, maybe a hundred times or more over the years as I have 6 Pi 4's all with 2 SanDisk Extreme Pro 32GB cards one as a Boot & System drive in the micro SD Card slot and the other in a SanDisk USB adaptor in the top USB-3 slot on the Pi.
It's been my SOP since I purchased my first Pi 4 back in 2020 and I've always used Buster.
I have had a few instances where I have had to replace an SD Card for possible corruption but I always keep some spare (I'm down to my last 4 now) as I'd rather be safe than sorry.
It's just that I have never had the problem of not being able to backup to a new card with SD card Copier failing before and now this has affected two of my 6 Pi's.
Weird...I did wonder whether checking the New UUID Partition button in SDCC might work but then I've never had to do that before.
Thanks & kind regards,
