That is a complete log of a clean shutdown-for-reboot. It does not say what requested it, but it will have been the user, not the hardware.
Presumably you are looking at the wrong part of the journal, but if not then something you tried prior to pulling the power actually worked.
By the way, prior to pulling the power you can try Alt+SysRq-b on the keyboard or BREAK-b on the serial console to reboot the kernel. This counts as an unclean shutdown (crash), but at least it avoids powering down the SD card or other storage devices during a write. You should be less likely to lose data other than those with which you were working.
