i have tryed to remove SD card and turn on as you said. Sadly no video.
Tryed the bootloader thing with Raspberry Pi Imager. No green light or any change.
Tryed fresh the Pi OS installation and changed the cmdline.txt as you said but nothing.
So should I mark it as a hardware issue and claim a replacement for a new piece?
