I've found that caused from 5V0 power source slew rate.
When USB-C is contacted directly there was no problem. but because the daughter board share 5V0 power source with the other peri, it required some soft start time (quiet slow...)
I couldn't found specification of the slew rate of 5V0 voltage source, but it works well (meaning that the rpi5 board doesn't require reset button to be pressed...) after change soft start time of 5V0 source.
