Yes I boot from a SSD connected to the USB3 interface. Would it still complain if I changed the preferred boot order?

And this makes some of the information about

swiotlb buffer is full

being related to a too slow SD card peculiar (as several of the posts in other threds say if I understand them correctly).

The reported speed of the SSD when I installed were:

Sequential write speed 315076 KB/sec (target 10000) - PASS
Random write speed 18347 IOPS (target 500) - PASS
Random read speed 18544 IOPS (target 1500) - PASS

I notice that someone no longer got that error on the pi5 (booting from the same SSD) as they had on the pi4 (with bookworm).
