I had a similar issue. Firefox and chromium wouldn't see my webcam mic or camera.
I installed Brave, and that worked.
In Chromium, I went to chrome://flags and set "Pipewire Camera Support" to disabled, which worked. I didn't look further into a fix for Firefox.
