Troubleshooting • No ethernet no video

I bought a Raspberry Pi 4 that I connected to a Nespi 4 Case in order to run Home Assistant less than 2 years ago. It all worked flawlessly but a few weeks ago the Nespi case had no power. Turned out the power supply adapter was bad and so I purchased a new one and that got fixed. However, when I connect the case to the ethernet, my switch doesn't recognize the device (there are color lights that light up when you connect a device). I have tried resetting the Raspberry Pi with a new Home Assistant OS, also with Raspberry Pi OS and nothing has worked. Also, I have tried connecting the raspberry pi to a monitor to see if I could troubleshoot with some suggestions seen in this forum but the monitor doesn't detect the device. As suggested online, I edited the config.txt file by adding a couple lines: hdmi_force_hotplug=1 and hdmi_group=2 but that also didn't work. I'm not sure what to try next.

Thank you for the help
