This question comes up a lot. Did you search?

If you are getting a low-voltage warning then you need a better power bank. Search the forum and the internet at large for recommendations.

To calculate the needed capacity you need to know the power consumption in watts (W) of the Pi and display, which you can either measure, or estimate from the published specifications. Multiply this by the time to get watt-hours (Wh). Use this figure to determine if a particular power bank is suitable.

There really isn't an easy way to link the power bank capacity indicator to the Pi. You could install some photocells next to the LEDs on the power bank, and hook them up to the Pi GPIO and capture the value that way. Or just cut a hole in the enclosure so that the LEDs are visible. Or use fibre optics or acrylic rods to direct light from the LEDs to the surface of the enclosure.
