Troubleshooting • Re: Monitor shows "NOT SUPPORT!"

I downloaded a new version of the OS and it won't boot either. Here are the diagnostics:

DISPO: HDIM HPD=1 EDID=ok #2 DISP1: HPD=0 EDID=none #0

I'm about ready to send this thing back and go back to my Pi 3. At least it works.
