My raspberry pi 4B failed to start, with the red turning off, and the green blinking at a steady rate, then stopping.
Looking around the board, I noticed this was missing: https://imgur.com/a/sxfCWlW
I suspect it's either a capacitor, or a resistor. I have no way of knowing, nor where to even get one of these with the right resistance / capacitance. The chip was right here, circled in red (not my raspi). https://imgur.com/VhOZFuz
