Do I need all these, and where do I put them?!? OR, did I end up with a BAD Pi 4B? Truly flustered over this! Image may be NSFW.

You want none of those - they all relate to the deprecated firmware driver that is not used on bookworm (or even bullseye).
Remove them.

Boot connected to display with no sdcard (or other peripherals).
You should see a diagnostic display. If you do, report the "display:" line.

Also report url output from:after a boot (with none of your config.txt or cmdline.txt changes).
