i have a Raspberry pi 4 that i used mainly for Home Assistant with a SSD. It stopped working and didnt respond to anything. I resetted the SSD but only got the rainbow screen and then only blackscreen. After a while i get these error messages

i tried different power supplies, i tried with a SD Card.but i always get these erros sooner or later. the CPU is getting warm but not too warm. it is cooled actively.
i guess this PI is just broken ?
