Something very weird.

I just installed Ubuntu Desktop 24.04.1 LTS from the raspberry pi installer on windows to an SD card. Put in in my Pi5 and after some messing around with podman

I chose, Other general purpose OS, Ubuntu, Desktop 24.04.1 LTS.

And this is what I get:

Code:

grung@grungproj:~ $ lsb_release -aNo LSB modules are available.Distributor ID: DebianDescription: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)Release: 12Codename: bookwormgrung@grungproj:~ $ lsb_release -dNo LSB modules are available.Description: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)grung@grungproj:~ $ cat /etc/issueDebian GNU/Linux 12 \n \lgrung@grungproj:~ $ cat /etc/os-releasePRETTY_NAME="Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)"NAME="Debian GNU/Linux"VERSION_ID="12"VERSION="12 (bookworm)"VERSION_CODENAME=bookwormID=debianHOME_URL="https://www.debian.org/"SUPPORT_URL="https://www.debian.org/support"BUG_REPORT_URL="https://bugs.debian.org/"grung@grungproj:~ $
Debian isn't even available via the installer!

Am I going mad?
