Hi all

I have recently bought raspberry pi 5, i was working on the project that need team viewer and internet access it was working for 4 days, i was able to connect to it with a team viewer. suddenly raspberry pi stop having internet access but it still connected to the router and have the ip address.

If the Pi is still connected to the router, the problem would appear to be outside the Pi.
Did you change anything (hardware, Pi settings, router settings)?
Try rebooting the Pi.
Try rebooting the router.

i am using 2 dc - dc convertors which are connected in parallel with the output rating of 5V and 4A

Don't do that. You should never parallel supplies unless they are specifically designed for paralleling.
Usual good advice -- get an official USB-PD supply, which has a 5V 5A mode.
