Not my first Pi project project soldering. Had everything together and did a test fit for the casing and it all worked fine. Removed from the case, soldered one connection (power) that came off and powered back up and began experiencing video issues. Waves / oscillations, etc.
After troubleshooting and still getting blinking video, I removed everything down to the Pi and. Waveshare 2.8 LCD. When powered up, the screen blinks as you can see in this video. The video plays, but blinks in and out.
