I have a problem with my official RPI keyboard. It is recognized but no longer works at all: the LEDs light up, but pressing the keys either does nothing or produces random characters.

It is a Holtek keyboard, here is the result of lsusb:

Have you ever encountered this problem?

I was thinking of reflashing it: how do I enter boot mode? Where can I find the firmware?
