I would write Raspberry Pi OS (Legacy 32-bit) Lite Bullseye to a microSD card using Raspberry Pi Imager, and use OS Customisation in Imager to set the username (pi) password, wifi details, country etc. and enable SSH with Password.
Then power the Pi from the wall supply (official PSU ?), boot from that and wait 10 minutes.
Next find the Pi Zero W ip address and use that to log onto the Pi using SSH (e.g. PuTTY from Windows)
If that is working we can then connect a keyboard etc - using a microUSB adapter.
