A1 is theoretically slower than A2 but A2 has special requirements that are not met by the rpis, which make A2 cards actually slower on them.The test failed because your card is too slow to use as an OS drive (it may work, but performance will be poor).
I recommend the SanDisk Ultra A1 micro SD cards, which are affordable and have the "A1" App Performance rating. They have also proven to be very reliable when used in Raspberry Pi Computers.
Pi3 models also have the ability of booting from a USB drive, so that's another option (3B+ supports it out of the box, while the older 3B model can have USB booting enabled by programming an internal OTP bit).

Best 4k random write speed card is the sandisk extreme pro 32GB A1. Beware as higher capacity cards have A2 ratings and wont be as fast on the pi.
