Troubleshooting • Same I2C Address keeps remaining

Same I2C address 0x1A appears everytime eventhough there is nothing connected to the pi. When i try to connect ADS1115 to my pi probably i did something wrong especially given the fact that I did not wait to solder pins to connect it to the pi. I don't know what went wrong or maybe it's a coincidence but while other devices such as ADS7830 or LCD screen gives correct addresses and they dissappear when I disconnect them, 0x1A still remains when i execute i2cdetect -y 1 command to check the addresses.

I tried switching I2C on and off, reboot, power on/off, checking with fresh OS and disabling pull-up resistors on GPIO used for I2C by addind "dtoverlay=i2c1-no-stretch" line in /boot/config.txt.

I encountered something similar to my problem but nobody responded to that issue. I hope I'll find some people to help me about the issue I mentioned in this threat.
