Troubleshooting • Re: Bookworm feedback thread

Does Printscreen key no longer work ?
Printscreen work here (Wayfire). It's in default ~/.config/wayfire.ini

Code:

binding_grim = KEY_SYSRQcommand_grim = grim
I have added

Code:

binding_screenshot_interactive = <shift> KEY_SYSRQcommand_screenshot_interactive = slurp | grim -g -
to have "select area" printscreen. However slurp must be installed via apt.

Edit: your screen copy goes in ~/Pictures
Printscreen seems to work with the 64bit version with full software, not the other version.

thanks for this, MOST of the time all I want to scrnprnt is a tiny bit. i'm assuming i need a reboot or to pass the code to enable this in current env. forget that little bit of code, very helpful for minor changes. do you happen to have it handy?
actual question is this: the 2nd line you added to `/.config/wayfire.ini, after | grim -g, there appears to be a space and "-" At least this is what shows when i select "code COPY ALL. When I look at it now, that "-" is followed by [/code]. am i to add that last bit -[/code]??
