Troubleshooting • Raspery Pie 5 Ethernet resets permanently

I have a Problem, that my Raspberry Pi 5 can't hold it's Lan/Ethernet Connection.

It is connecting but when the connection ist up, it get's reset instandly.

The Same Port ist working fine with a Pie 4 as well as a Windows Desktop PC.

Logs from dmesg:

The Last two lines repeating forever.

I alredy tried a fiew Options in the connection menue and also deleted all existing connections unplug the LAN cable and putting IT Back in while Pie ist Off and then start it.
Same result, anyone any Idea what I am Missing Here?
